Cancellation Policies

At Forever-aid training, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how you can cancel your bookings, eligibility for refunds, and the process for requesting a cancellation.


1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Cancellations can only be made by the person who made the booking.

  • To be eligible for a full or partial refund, cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled training session to receive a full refund.

  • Some courses or services may be non-refundable; with the time frames stated below

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days  before the training session will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the session may receive a partial refund, minus any applicable fees.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or less will receive no refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
